Chicken is always an easy and fast option for a healthy and light meal. But in order to be tasty, it needs spices. The chicken skewers of this recipe are aromatic, succulent, delicious, and bring a scent of East thanks to curry. You can add as much curry and chili as you want, depending on how spicy you want them to be.


Hot, Aromatic, Gluten-free

  • 800 gr chicken fillet, cut into equal pieces
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp honey
  • ½ tsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp curry Sunspices
  • 1 tbsp chili Sunspices
  • Green pepper, cut into pieces


 We preheat the oven to 200C/395F. We soak wooden skewers in water. In a bowl, we put the olive oil, the honey, the mustard, the curry and the chili and we mix well. We add the chicken and the pepper and we mix well, until they are well coated. We line a pan with parchment paper and we thread the chicken pieces and the green pepper onto the skewers. We cook for about 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Half way through the cooking time we turn them over to get a nice color all around. We serve with green salad and French fries.
