Penne all’ Arrabbiata is one of the most favorite and popular Italian dishes, especially of the fans of the spicy foods. The word “arrabbiata” means angry. The sauce was named like that because of the very spicy taste of the chili peppers used and, mainly, because whoever eats it, their face turns red. It is a very easy recipe to make with just a few ingredients, but with an irresistible taste. The main ingredient is the chili peppers accompanied by the tomato sauce. The perfect pasta for this recipe are the penne rigate because their ridges can trap the sauce. Adjust the quantity of the peppers depending on your preferences!
